Resolved - We have continued to monitor the behavior of our services and are confident that there is no further disruption. This issue is resolved.

Monitoring - We have introduced a resolution for the errors being experienced. We are currently seeing API traffic flowing normally as of 6:44PM PST. We will continue to closely monitor for any further disruption.

Monitoring - All remaining `Pending` / `Captured` payments continue to move to a `Captured` / `Released` state and will be resolved shortly. We are continuing to monitor at this time.

Identified - We have identified a delay with checkouts moving from a `Pending` / `Captured` state to a `Captured` / `Released` state, depending on your API version. You will still receive an IPN once the state has changed. We are working through the backlog at this time.
